Description

Lytron’s aluminum Oil Coolers are engineered to meet the requirements of poor heat transfer fluids, such as oil, EGW, and hydraulic fluid. These high-performance, compact Oil Coolers provide up to two-and-a-half times greater thermal performance per unit volume than competitive models.

Lytron’s unique design maximizes heat transfer with multiple extended-surface channels inside each tube. These channels provide maximum cooling by increasing the surface area in contact with the fluid. The extended-surface flat tube and the efficient header manifold reduce liquid pressure drop through the unit. Our proprietary air-side fin geometry further boosts heat transfer capacity by efficiently channeling air across the fin surface. Maximum operating temperature for these units is 400°F (200°C). The all-aluminum, vacuum brazed construction provides the performance, cleanliness, and reliability that your application demands.

Four different sizes are in stock for immediate delivery. They are available with and without fan plates, in plain aluminum or black paint finish.
