Copper Brazed Heat Sinks
Copper fins are much thinner than aluminum fins and allow for higher fin densities and thus large surface area for heat transfer. When they are brazed to copper base plates with a high heat spreading capacity the result is a high performance heat sink. Copper brazed heat sinks supplied by AMS Technologies are typically customised solutions.
