Capacitor Chargers

As a critical part of a discharge circuit, a capacitor is charged until a switch causes the capacitor to discharge and unleash the stored energy. The capacitor is charged with electrical energy using a capacitor charger. AMS offers an extensive range of capacitor chargers, with ratings from 10V up to 50kV and providing a charging rate of 10 to 16kJ/s, depending on voltage and application. Used in applications in medical, research and industrial fields, these units offer a gamut of control options for properly and safely charging a circuit.
