Solid state relays are primarily used to switching higher voltages and currents on and off and feature ›zero‹ switching to eliminate noise, photo isolation and long lifetime. A substantial range of solid state relays is available for various applications, such as motor switch on/off, industrial ovens and electronic lighting controllers. We have various relays using triac, MOSFET output and SCR output, with or without snubbers and with zero or random switching. Available for AC as well as DC load voltages, AMS Technologies can supply devices for up to 60A in hockey puck, PCB mount or fast-on configurations.
