AMS Technologies portfolio comprises a selection of power modules containing semiconductor switches, including single line diode modules, triac switching modules and thyristor modules. These are all in industry standard packages used for power control. Designed to suit industry requirements, AMS supplies PCB-mount diode modules for 50A/1000V, an AC switch capable of switching up to 70A/1600V, a range of thyristor/diode modules rated to 250A/1600V and three-phase power modules rated to 250A/1600V.Applications
