AMS Technologies’ brazed chip resistors have an effective high temperature connection to provide the lowest possible thermal resistance. They exhibit a superior power derating capability (where flange temperatures can rise up to 250°C) and are optimised for use up to 500W and from DC to 5GHz. Using either a BeO or AlN substrate for lower powers and encompassing a power capability of 20 to 250W and a resistance range of 1 through to 1000 ohms, these chip resistors utilise various technologies (such a NiChrome or thick film materials) to provide the best solution.
