NP Photonics’ Erbium Micro Fiber Laser Source has ultra narrow linewidth, high power and is the best performing laser of its kind.

NP Photonics’ Rock Single Frequency Fiber Laser Source is a high power, compact fiber laser for sensing, LIDAR, test and measurement, telecommunications, and general research applications. The Single Frequency Fiber Laser Source incorporates proprietary fiber technology developed at NP Photonics. A telecom-grade T/E cooled single mode diode laser pumps the erbium doped micro fiber. The laser provides up to 125 mW of output power (1530-1565 nm and 1030-1080 nm).The Rock laser is orders of magnitude less sensitive to vibration, offers wider thermal tuning and much improved piezo tuning bandwidth. It is most suitable for applications in harsh environments where low noise and wavelength stability are critical. The Rock is also available in a High Power version with up to 5W output.
