Job Description
To accelerate our growth in Central Europe, we are looking at strengthening our Sales team in Munich with the newly created position of Regional Sales Director Germany/Switzerland/Austria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for yearly Sales Budget
- Responsible for performance and development of our successful team of sales and application engineers
- Responsible for day to day Coaching of Sales team
- Develops and implements a Key Account strategy for our OEM customer base
- Prepares action plans by individuals for effective search and management of opportunities
- Assists in the development and implementation of our Business Line Plans
- Assists Sales Controlling with forecasts and Opportunity tracking
- Controls Sales expenses to meet budget guidelines
Your Skill Set:
- You possess a College/University Engineering Degree ideally in relevant areas of Power, Optical and/ or Thermal Management Technologies
- Experience in Solution Selling concept
- 15 years+ of experience in Sales Management
- Willingness to travel within the territory and to supplier meetings internationally
- Experience with MS-Office and CRM software
- Must have great presentation skills
- Must be fluent in English, German and ideally one other European language
