Job Description

We are expanding our teams and are looking for multiple Outside Sales Manager (OEM)(m/f) in Germany, Benelux, Scandinavia, France and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing customers and projects
  • Identify new customers and opportunities in collaboration with our suppliers and Business Line Managers
  • Drive Opportunities from Concept to Revenue
  • Prepare Customer Quotes, manage Customer requests and orders
  • Responsible for communication between customers, suppliers and our internal support team
  • Assist Sales Controlling with forecasts, Opportunity tracking and yearly budget

Your Skill Set:

  • You are a Go-Getter
  • You possess a College/University Engineering Degree and at least 3 years of Sales/Applications experience ideally in relevant areas of Power, Optical and/ or Thermal Management Technologies
  • You have a good electrical component and system level understanding coupled with business sense
  • You love to communicate and enjoy working in and for a team
  • Your approach is structured and goal oriented and you work independently
  • You work well with MS-Office and have great presentation skills
  • Must be fluent in English and the local language
