Job Description

We are expanding our markets and are looking for a European Business Development Manager - Spectroscopy (m/f) located in one of our European offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and shape AMS Technologies’ Spectroscopy vision and strategy
  • Evaluate and define target markets within the Spectroscopy landscape
  • Identify new customers and opportunities in cooperation with our European Sales offices
  • Review and manage our current product portfolio of components and systems
  • Engage with new synergistic Technology Partners and Suppliers
  • Review opportunities and projects with our European Sales offices
  • Identify new customers and opportunities in collaboration with our suppliers, Sales Teams and Business Line Managers
  • Presenting the Company, its Products and Solutions at Customers, Trade Shows and events

Your Skill Set:

  • You are a Go-Getter
  • You possess a College/University Engineering Degree and at least 3 years of Spectroscopy experience
  • You have a good optical component and system level understanding coupled with business sense
  • You love to communicate and enjoy working in and for a team
  • Your approach is structured and goal oriented and you work independently
  • You work well with MS-Office and have great presentation skills
  • Must be fluent in English and the local language
